In this special event, we will present and share the methods and views of our school from our Body-centric platform for the development of Mental Skills. Whether you are a seasoned meditator, a practitioner within the model of the Trichotomy, or follow any model of Body-Mind cultivation or introspection, you will gain a deeper understanding and tools to support your journey and process. We will highlight the importance and potential of physical training and practice in relationship with the mind; map the processes for both the Water and Fire paths, and introduce the 4 bases of Work to refine Awareness, Concentration, and Perception.
