QIGONG - Qi (Energy) - Gong (Work)

In this event we will share our views and tools from the perspective of the Trichotomy to understand, develop and refine the underlying aspect that binds, holds and potentially transmutes all aspects of our experience. We will present various methods of training to improve our potential to feel and to connect the structure. We will study the principles present in all energetic practices and highlight the importance of these methods to support all introspective and emotional work.
